Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and greeting the patient.
  • Approaching the patient to understand the purpose of his/her visit.
  • Guiding the patient as per his/her requirement.
  • Solving related queries and sharing relevant information with the patient.
  • To ensure that patient has a hassle-free experience at Noble Hospital.
  • Coordinating with concerned departments or doctors or staff nurses.
  • Ensuring the patient is comfortable during his OPD Visit.
  • Making seating arrangements especially for vulnerable patients.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Explaining billing and related tariffs.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Any Graduates preferred.
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Language Fluency in English/Hindi/Marathi
  • Well oriented to customer service hospital standards.
